Asking Questions

How to get fast, accurate answers from BitAspire AI.

Post your question in the plugin's help forum, the same way you would ask our team. The AI reads every new message there and replies when it can help. You do not need a command.

Get a better answer, faster

For setup and "how do I" questions, a single clear message is enough. For something that is not working, include what the team would ask for anyway:

  • Plugin version and server software and version (for example Paper 1.21.11)
  • The relevant config file (for XenoWorldReset usually worlds.yml, for XenoLevels the .yml of that system or the zipped plugin folder)
  • The console log around the problem, through a paste site such as mclo.gs
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead

Screenshots and files work

The AI reads screenshots and text files you attach (logs, configs, Discord's message.txt for long messages). Posting a screenshot followed by a line of text is fine; it waits a moment so both are read together.

Quick and detailed answers

Simple questions get a quick reply. When the answer depends on the plugin's real config files or behavior (exact keys, a config snippet, a bug), the AI takes a few seconds longer to read them first and then gives you the specific setting or a paste-ready snippet.

It answers in the language you write in.

Talking to it directly

  • Mention @BitAspire to get its attention, for example after a team member has joined the thread.
  • Reply to one of its messages to follow up on that answer.
  • Several messages in a row are answered together, so you can split a long question into parts.

When it stays quiet

The AI deliberately does not reply when:

  • a team member is already helping in the thread (mention it if you still want it),
  • your message is addressed to someone else (you mention or reply to another person),
  • someone used Stop auto-replies in that thread (the button under its first answer; press it again to turn replies back on).

If it is briefly unavailable for maintenance, a direct mention gets a short note saying roughly when it will be back.
