BitAspire AI
Meet the AI assistant that answers questions and builds custom versions of our premium plugins in Discord.
BitAspire AI is the assistant you meet in our Discord. It answers questions about our plugins, helps you track down problems in your setup, and can build a custom version of a premium plugin with the change you ask for, delivered as a ready-to-use jar right in your thread.
It reads the same things our team reads: the plugin's wiki, its shipped configuration files, and the plugin itself. That is why it can usually give you the exact setting or a paste-ready config snippet instead of a general hint.
Where it works
The AI works in the help forums of our premium plugins:
| Plugin | Where to ask |
|---|---|
| XenoWorldReset | XenoWorldReset help forum |
| XenoLevels | XenoLevels help forum |
| XenoRegionReset | XenoRegionReset help forum |
| XenoTokens | XenoTokens help forum |
| XenoScavenger | XenoScavenger help forum |
| SIR+ | SIR+ help forum |
| XenoStatistics | XenoStatistics help forum |
It also helps in question tickets and checks purchase screenshots in verification tickets.
Our free plugins (CyberWorldReset, CyberLevels, CyberTokens, CyberStatistics and SIR) are supported by our team and community. The AI does not reply in their channels.
One plugin per channel
Each help forum is tied to its plugin. Ask about XenoLevels in the XenoLevels forum, and so on. A detailed question about a different plugin gets pointed to that plugin's own forum, because that is where the AI has its configs.

FAQ
Working alongside our team
The AI is a first line of help, not a replacement for our staff. When a team member joins your thread, the AI steps back and lets them handle it. You can still bring it back by mentioning @BitAspire.
If you would rather talk to a person, just say so. The AI lets the team know and stays out of the way until someone arrives.
Your code and ours
The AI never shares the source code of our premium plugins, and it never asks for passwords or payment details. Config files, logs and screenshots you post are only used to answer you.
