Shared documentation for systems that power more than one BitAspire plugin.

This section is the shared knowledge base for BitAspire systems that are not exclusive to a single plugin. When a feature is implemented by a reusable engine, this is where the canonical behavior should live.

Right now, the main shared references documented here are the Current Versions matrix and the Event Catalog, the canonical event-expression guide currently used by:
